What's the Difference Between Filibuster and Reconciliation?

A filibuster is when members of the Senate don't discuss the bill at hand for a long period of time in order to make people lose interest and not vote. Reconciliation is when congress allows for only 51% of the members approval to pass a bill, instead of 2/3rds.
