What to Do Further in Accounting Career?

What to do further in accounting career? currently i am doing job in small CA firm since 36 months. i am giving M.Com-II exam in April 2011 and also doing ICA course .. Now what should i do next? Currently i am drawing salary of 5k…i want 8-10k p.m. should i search for new job after completion of M.Com or should i do it in next 2-3 months? Where can i get best job with maximum durability? Should i go for banks jobs or in private companies. I am also planning to attempt CA inter exam(IPCC) in NOV11.. suggest best solution..

Suggestion:

I will say that if you are serious with CA career you will have to concentrate on that 100% otherwise you will not be able to clear the exams.
I am also a Final CA student & telling you very clearly that if you are not serious about CA don't go for it
because it will consume a lot of time (3-3.5years) &still it is possible that you don't clear even one exam.
But I can even assure that if you are fully focused & determined you can definitely be a member.
But if you need a fast degree go for MBA finance/marketing.
Other good options are focused diploma courses available like in subjects-Taxation,Project management,Forex management etc.
