I want one either at Bank of America or chase .I have no social but i have a tax i.d . I want a debit card account and savings .do i need to bring money to open one and wat personal info do i need . thank u

Yes, you need to bring money. They're not going to open an empty account. In fact, some banks have minimum initial deposit requirements.
