Should I Double Major in Accounting and Communications?

I want to pursue a career in business and public relations. If public relations doesn't work out, I would logically have accounting to fall back on. Which major is more worth the money for a college degree? I also understand that it doesn't necessarily matter what you major in, but I'm not sure if I should go the journalism/communications route either. Thanks for your help!

Suggestion:

I think that accounting would be worth more money that a communications degree. Accountants at my school start with salaries around $40,000-45,000. Coming right out of school, that's pretty good. Think about what you really want to do. At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is whether or not you're happy, not how much money you're making.
