Its going to be hard! But if your good with math it would be easier to learn
It will not be hard for YOU , because you already have a good math based degree. You also have a computer background, which would make you more appealing.
My only hesitation is why you would go into accounting if you already have a bachelors in computer engineering!
No one can answer if it's going to be hard for you. Others have suggested that it won't be due to your math background, but that means little to nothing. Basic math is used in accounting, and not much more. It's about knowing the laws and what to do with the numbers that becomes confusing. Though, if you want the degree, go for it. If you're unsure, take one class at a time. Start with a Principles of Accounting class for grad students, and that should tell you if it's right for you or not.
