Conservatives: Do You Tolerate Tax or Welfare Cheats?

And as a follow up, do you tolerate people who cheat here on yahoo answers? creating multiple accounts, voting themselves best answer? while it's not your tax dollars taken, it is your possible best answers taken, especially since the most notorious one lies in the grass and is notoriously conservative. Is that someone who you aspire to be like, or someone who gives conservatives a bad name?
